She is survived by: her children, Laurel McGrath (Thomas), Charles Azzarello (Barbara), Judy Millerick (Jack) and Jim Azzarello (Lisa); her grandchildren, Thomas McGrath (Laura), Megan Barr (Nolan), Joseph Azzarello (Chelsea), Alison McNichol (Ryan), Michael Azzarello, Jack Millerick, Elisabeth Azzarello, Julia Azzarello and Sarah Azzarello; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Brian, Cullen, Maclain, Lorelai, Boaz, Jachin, Shiloh, Acacia, Matthew, Lucas, Caleb and Annabelle.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Margarets name to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
