He was predeceased by: his spouse Carol A.; his parent Charles; and his sibling Russell (Bernie). He is survived by: his children, Jill C. Sipos (Steve) and Todd C. (Michelle); his grandchildren, Maddie, Luke, Morgan, Chayse and Ben; his parent IreneVelky; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Perak (Cheryl) and Helene Wyrobek (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
