It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith A. Borowiak of Oak Lawn, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew; and her siblings, Jerrie and Jack. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Borowiak-Williams (Brian), Wendy Peal (Robert) and Mark Borowiak (Kathleen); and her grandchildren, Caitlyn Gilpin (David), Emma Borowiak, Michael Borowiak, Kyler Peal, Trevor Peal and Julius Trevino Williams.
Due to COVID restrictions, no food is allowed to be brought into the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be to made to Northwestern Medicine Memorial Transplant Foundation, at foundation.NM.org. Judith's life was extended for 11 great years due to the gift of organ donation and the excellent care provided by Northwestern.
