He is survived by: his children, Andrew (Mary), Krzysztof (Anna) and Katarzyna Rafacz (Kazimierz); his grandchildren, Matt (Monica), Tom, Michael, Elizabeth, Jacob, Andrew, Mary Kate, Maggie (Robert), Maciej (Emily), Marcin, Anna, Simon, Patricia, Bartlomiej and Kacper; his great grandchildren, Christian, Adeline and Lidia; his siblings, Maria Udziela (late Bronislaw), Bronislawa Pawlak (Jan) and Anna Gacek; and his sisters-in-law, Helena Baczynski (late Jozef), Maria Tylka (Wladyslaw), Anna Kalinska (late Marek), Maria Skwarek (late Jozef), Zofia Boblak (Andrzej) and Stanislawa Jasion (Roman). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
