He is survived by: his children, Lin Thompson (late Dave), Jay Newman (Mary Jo) and Cindy Ferencak (Tom); his grandchildren, Tim (Jennifer), Angela (Brian), Kim (Jason), Annie (Karl), James (Heather), John, Rich, Kathryn, Mike, Thomas and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Koston, Alexandra, Elizabeth, Scarlett, William, Grace, Adeline and Oliver.
