She was predeceased by: her husband Carl A. Sansone of Chicago, IL. She is survived by: her son Carl (Kay) of Davenport, IA; her granddaughter Meagan Meneou (Kevin); her son Tom (Holly) of Downers Grove, IL; her grandchildren, T. J. and Lindsey; her daughter Donna Conick (Marshall) of New Lenox, IL; her grandsons, Joe Kudla and Tim Kudla (Mindy); her daughters, Justine Kudla and Cheryl Sansone (Don Biederman) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Andrew Wendt (Kim), Bryan Wendt (Marisa) and Karen Schultz (Paul) of Surprise, AZ; her great grandchild Molly; her siblings, Mary Meike and Arthur Meike (Sherry); her siblings-in-law, Michael Sansone (Louise), Joann Kukulka (Ed), Debbie Sansone and Pat Sansone; and also, Chris and Dan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made in Jeanine's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
