He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Knytych and Mary Loyek; his brother Joseph; and his niece Charlotte. He is survived by: his former wife Dorisjean; his wife Sandra; his stepchildren, Darla Knytych Riding (Dean) and Mark Knytych (Dyana); his sister Rosalie Draper; and his sons, Greg, Rodney and Jeff. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
