He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah McPhee (William Huston) and Carla McPhee (late Joseph McManus); his grandchildren, Genevieve D'Aquila (Michael), Stephanie LeVan (Jason), Christine Carrasco (Francisco, Jr.), Joseph McManus, John "Jake" McManus and James J. McPhee III; his great grandchildren, Alexandra, Lucia, Marianna, Amelia and Isaac; his siblings, Joanne Neblo (late John) and Joseph R. McPhee; his nieces and nephews, Martin McPhee Jr., John Neblo (Susan), Carolyn McPhee, Laura McNabney (Matt) and Dr. Michael Neblo (Eileen McMahon); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Martin McPhee, Jack, Kyle Neblo, Eva, Aaron, Adam, Lila McNabney, Anna and Kate McMahon-Neblo.
