He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Rutherford Sr. and Elizabeth Rutherford. He is survived by: his wife Neva Rutherford; his sons, Eric Rutherford (Rachel) and Travis Rutherford (Kara); and his grandchildren, Kate, Jill, Caleb, Jack and Abbi.
