She is survived by: her spouse Leroy Vysoky; her children, James Vysoky (Linda), Donna Vysoky and Michael Vysoky (Monika); her grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Kevin, Aiden, Cooper and Riley; and her siblings, Mary Cummings (James) and Edwina McAfee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
