It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Daniel Galvan (Oak Lawn, Illinois), who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Gale Galvan; and his brother William Galvan Jr. (Survived). He is survived by: his children, Joseph Galvan, Daniel Galvan (Crystal) and April Chatman (Kevin); his grandchildren, Dennis, Tatum, Emma, Dylan, Jacob and Corinne; and his siblings, Bernice McKenna (Michael) and David Galvan.

Proper social distancing must be practiced and all guests will be required to wear face masks at all times.
