It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Josephine Kaciuba (Oak Lawn, Illinois), who passed away on April 30, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Michael J. Kaciuba; and her brother Edward Lehman. She is survived by: her children, Michael Kaciuba (Beth) and Maryann Bielanski (Rob); her grandchildren, Buscia, Jonathan Kaciuba (Suzannah), Jennifer Kaciuba, Stephanie Benes (Matt), Becki Miller (Jesse) and Joe Bielanski; her great grandchildren, Emilia and Teddy Kaciuba; and her sister Joan Ferfecki.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and stay at home order, all services are private and only allowed for the immediate family members.
