Payne and Jeremy T. Payne; his siblings, Doris Ann Thompson and James Stephan Wheeler; his grandchildren, Josh Wheeler, Jessica Crump, Seth Wheeler, Stephanie Fisher, Rita Brady, Ashley Baker, Tyler Payne and Dylan Payne; and his great grandchild Mary Lou Hatfield Stevens.
