He was predeceased by: his sons, Mark Harnew (Kim) and David Harnew; and his sister Mary Anne (late Samuel). He is survived by: his spouse Veronique; his children, Bruce Harnew (Joanne) and Dale Harnew (Judy); his stepdaughters, Lynette Wade (Don) and Nadine Bozek (Gary Urbik); and his sister Dorothy Kernica (Leo).
