He was predeceased by: his sister Janet; and his parents, Frank C. Bort Sr. and Virginia Bort. He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Bort; his children, Scott Bort (Beth) and Sarah Weis (Adam); his grandchildren, Lukas, Skylar, Lily and Gemma; his siblings, Susan King and Bruce Bort (Diane); his nephews, Richard (Rose), Jackson King and Jack; and his niece Natalie Bort.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in loving memory of Frank to any cancer foundation of your choice.
