We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2019, at the age of 63, Frances Ann Keeney (Oak Lawn, Illinois), born in Jacksonville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Osborne and Betty Osborne. She is survived by: her pet Maggie; her husband Tom Keeney; her children, Adam Keeney and Kelly Keeney; her stepdaughter Jacqueline Ortega; her grandchildren, Ellie Keeney, Liam Keeney, Samantha Price and Brittany Drake; her siblings, Susan Osborne and Tim Osborne (Sherry); and her uncle Jim Ross (Viva). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the J.B. Ogle Animal Shelter or the ASPCA in her honor.
