He was predeceased by: his son Danny Sullivan; his parents, Eugene Sullivan and Doris Sullivan; his father-in-law David; and his brother-in-law David Buckels.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Mike Sullivan (Cheryl) and Dana Annel (Steve); his grandchildren, Mason, Rosie, Caitlin and Chloe; his sisters, Nancy Rossow (Ken), Janet Tornabeni (Butch) and Gwen Koszulinski (late Leo); his mother-in-law Mary Buckels; and his siblings-in-law, Fran Bailey (late Wayne), John and Larry Buckels (Sue).
