With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Irene Fitzgerald of Oak Lawn, Illinois, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Fitzgerald; her sisters, Glendoris "Doree" Olson and Margaret Fox; her son Patrick Fitzgerald; her granddaughter Patricia Fitzgerald; and her great grandchild Taylor Fitzgerald.
She is survived by: her son Michael Fitzgerald (Diane); her grandchildren, Kristin Wiest (Matthew) and Scott Fitzgerald; her great grandchildren, Ryan Fitzgerald (Sarah) and Emma Frey; and her caregiver Maureen O'Brien. She is also survived by four great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID, a celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
