He was predeceased by: his wife Rose; his parents, Lucille and Edward Prorok Sr.; and his nephew David Prorok. He is survived by: his children, Michael Prorok Sr. (Joann), Marian Jaks (Benno), Kathy Garcia (Frank) and Susan Ayala (Art); his grandchildren, Mike Jr., Kimberly, Zdenek, Ricardo, Chadwick, Anthony, Daniel and Carlina; his siblings, Donald Prorok (late Ina) and Fond; his nephew Dan Prorok; and his niece Donna Prorok-White. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
