He was predeceased by: his sibling Gene. He is survived by: his wife Lora Lee; his daughters, Kathleen Lundeen (Jack), Christine Kestian and Sandra Lee Blair (John); his grandchildren, Rachel, Shane, Paige, Connor, Brandon, Colin, Katrina, Joshua and Jessica; and his siblings, Jerry Konecki, Michele, Clare and Yvonne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society will be appreciated.
