He was predeceased by: his son Brandon Evitts; and his parents, Dorathy Evitts and Robert Evitts. He is survived by: his wife Linda Evitts; his children, Dennis Jr. Evitts (Nicole) and Ryan Evitts; his grandsons, Adam, Tyler, Michael and Lucas; and his siblings, Roberta, Theresa, Robert Jr., Ralph and Jerry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
