He was predeceased by: his daughter Maria "Connie" Fairman (Michael); and his siblings, Yolanda and Javier (Joanne). He is survived by: his wife Maria "Connie"; his children, Daniel Jr., Rebecca and Gabriel; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Scofield (Dan), Tessa Johnson (Paul) and Veronica Fairman; and his siblings, Dora Lepe (Jesus), Irene Valledeperas (Salvador), Felipe (Sydney), Arthur (Mary), Carlos, Maria Carillo (Fortino), Amparo and Ana Maria Tomchek (late Joseph).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beverly Ridge Funeral Home (10415 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60655). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (10415 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60655).
