She was predeceased by: her husband Keith Mazalin; her child Jamie Smith; her grandson Riley; and her sister Gerri Crundwell. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Ward (Jim), Michael Mazalin (Katie), Maureen Mazalin (Rob Gahier) and Jimmy Mazalin; her grandchildren, Morgan, Ryan, Jimmy, Colin and Emma; and her siblings, Cathy Trela (John), Maureen Griffin (Ed), Patricia Shukstor (Gene), Erin Burke (John) and Jimmy Walsh (Laura).
