With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cheryl Berndt (Oak Lawn, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Cheryl may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cheryl touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold C. Berndt. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Laws (Jon), Kimberly Berndt, Christy Lee and Eric Berndt Sr. (Sarah); and her sister Caroline. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
