Charlotte M. Pender Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte M. Pender of Oak Lawn, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlotte M. Pender to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome B. Pender; her daughter Eileen M. Pender (Dave Davis); her parents, Henry Gudyka and Mary Gudyka; and her brother Henry Gudyka.
She is survived by: her children, Jerome M. Pender (Pamela) and Carolynn Adame; her grandchildren, Andrew, Bradley Pender, Eileen Motto and Cody Reed; her great grandchildren, Kaydence and Lillianna; and her siblings, Kathy Ochs and Stanley Gudyka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
We request that all guests entering the building maintain social distancing and wear facial covering. The memorial service will be livestreamed so that all those who are unable to attend, who are exposed to the COVID 19 virus, or are feeling ill may still view the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Shriner's Hospital are appreciated.
