He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ragan and Nina Ragan; and his siblings, John Ragan, Maggie Britts, Michael Ragan and Vicki Lacy.
He is survived by: his brothers, Roger Ragan (Treasa) and Henry Ragan. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
