We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 92, Cecelia C. Twombly of Oak Lawn, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Lynn Nolan, Bill Phelan of Terry Phelan, P. J, Kelly McGuire, Tom Phelan, Kathy Maas and Mary Magafas.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
