He was predeceased by: his parents, Cash A Lewman and Susan Bottorff Lewman; his sisters, Ruth Gregg, Mary Schlosser, Viola Couch, Lois Lewman, Rachel King and Sue Ann Lewman; and his nephews, Gerald Couch and Bob Gregg.
He is survived by: his sister Clara Crum; and his nieces and nephews, Jeanie Bowen (John), Barbara Campbell, David Couch (LaVon), Jim Couch (Pam), Doug King (Karen), Ron King (Mary Beth), Tom King (Linda), Bill King (Ruth), David Crum (Gail) and John Gregg (Annie). He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and a great-great-great niece.
Due to COVID-19 protocol a private graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Union Cemetery in Charlestown, IN.
