She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lymore and Matilda Lymore (Sims); and her siblings, L'Tanya Lymore, Edward H. Lymore and David Sims Ross.
She is survived by: her husband Carter; her daughters, Carlita Jenkins (Gregory) and Carlashawn Cameron (Roy Jr.); her goddaughter L'Tanya Wright (Marc); her grandchildren, Keith, Carlos (Natalie), Caralanay, Gregory, Brandon, Cameron and Janae; her great grandchild Khari; and her siblings, John Lymore (Bobby), Butler Stapleton (Annette), Lucille Summers, Sharon Tyson Jackson (late Rayol), Angela Williams (Joel) and Carolyn Lymore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
