He was predeceased by: his brothers, Butros, Bulos, Heinah, Mata and Yousef.

He is survived by: his spouse Ferial Ziadat; his children, Khaldoun Nemeh (Kevin), Jifara Nemeh (Diala Nemeh), Iyahab Nemeh (Tina Nemeh), Marina Tadros (Jeries Tadros) and Joanna Nemeh (Evan Clossin); and his grandchildren, Angela, Monica, Anthony, Joseph, Sandra, Christopher, Natalie, Isabelle, Gabrielle, Jude and Audrey.
