It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Sladek (Oak Lawn, Illinois), who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Watt and Evelyn Watt; her mother-in-law Rondie Sladek; and her siblings-in-law, Gary Sladek and Janie Sladek.
She is survived by: her husband David Sladek; her children, Tracy Latek (James), Scott Sladek (Mary) and Steven Sladek (Alisa); her grandchildren, Michael, Jonathan, Simon, Jesse, Jack, Ethan and Caleb; her siblings, Verna Jean Johnson (late Richard), Kenneth Watt (Carolyn) and Glenn Watt (Debbie); her sister-in-law Eileen Surowiec (Paul); and her father-in-law Bruce Sladek (Char). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
