He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mucha and Stephanie Mucha; and his siblings, Carol Demske (Al), Joan Leon (Joe) and Louis Mucha.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Stephanie (Jeff Maddocks) and Michael; his grandchildren, Abby, Jackson, Sean and Colin; his sister Mary Ann Pienta (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, Don Olijar (Judie), Dan Olijar (Cathy), Helen Barnes (Gary), Fran Olijar, Ray Olijar, Rosemary Olijar, Roger Olijar and Christine Olijar.

Nearly 20 years later, surviving economic crashes and a global pandemic, the business is a thriving international leader, supporting medical, energy, automotive, and aerospace industries, to name a few.
