She is survived by: her spouse John Karakas Sr; her children, Anna Marie Swaim (David), Patty Karakas and John Karakas Jr (Kathleen); and her grandchildren, Holly Auskalnis (Daniel), Katelyn, Murrey, Thomas Swaim, Michelle Karakas and Kristina Karakas.
