She was predeceased by: her husband Cyril Holesha. She is survived by: her children, Carol (Jim Pether), Cathy Powers (Jeff), Chuck, Andy, Bob (Michelle) and Eileen Gomez (Larry). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Advocate Health Care Foundation for Advocate Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn IL.
