Theresa Ann Spellman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2020, at the age of 75, Theresa Ann Spellman (Oak Forest, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas J. Spellman; her children, Denise, Kimberly (Joe), Tracy (Owen) and Thomas (Karen); her grandchildren, Thomas, Joey, Gerald, Jack, Austin, Ayden, Owen and Tommy; and her siblings, Barbara and Mark.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital in her memory would be appreciated.
