He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Tulley and Doris Tulley (Düsel); his brother Kenneth Tulley (Carol); and his wife Deanna Tulley (Kalinowski). He is survived by: his daughter Kalina Tulley (Bill Serritella) of Oak Park, IL; his grandchildren, Devon, Michael, Deana and Sofia; his niece Dorene (Brian Murray); his nephews, Kenny (Carol) and Keith (Elizabeth); and his children, Deanna and Ron.
