He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Kasbohm and Arleda Kasbohm (Sadlowski); and his siblings, Leonard "Rocky", Lee Ann and James Kasbohm.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Kasbohm (Misuraca); his children, Nicolas Kasbohm (Amy), Amber (Kasbohm) and LaFayette (Robert); and his siblings, Denise, Linda and John Kasbohm (Patty). He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
