She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Fahey, Sr.; her daughters, Mary Ellen Fahey Hope and Patricia; her grandchild Cameron Miller Fahey; her parents, Ellen Pollard and Michael Pollard; and her sisters, Thomas (Michael), Anne (John) and Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Creed (James), Edward J. Jr. (Mary Kay), Jack (Peggy), Alice Holzman (Edward), Eileen Fahey, Sheilagh Daly (Daniel) and Brian Fahey (Hallie); and her brother Donald Pollard.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Damian Church (5250 W 155th St, Oak Forest, IL 60452). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
