It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Allen Hoffman of Oak Forest, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 17, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Suzanne Hoffman and Todd Hoffman; and his parents, Joanne Hoffman and Edward Hoffman. He is survived by: his daughter Margaret "Maggie" Hoffman; his sister Barbara Hoffman; and his friends, Julie and Joseph Banser.
