He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Gustafson and Frances Gustafson (Hanna); his grandson Daniel; and his great grandchild Grace. He is survived by: his significant other Lucille Christensen; his children, Dale Gustafson (Cathy) of Kingwood, TX, David Gustafson (Julie) of Belvidere, IL and Lynn Johnson (Larry) of Lenexa, KS; his grandchildren, Darren Gustafson (Erica), Hannah Gustafson, Haley Ludwick (Kyle), Erica Hudson (Jesse) and Andrew Johnson (Blair); his great grandchildren, Danielle, Charlotte, Harrison, Keaton, Karter, Greyson, Arian and Mia; his sister Karen Fero; and his close friend Janet Kush.
