He was predeceased by: his spouse Joanne; and his sibling Fran Piper. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Piper, Gregory Piper and Cori Piper; his sibling Arneta Henninger (Harrison); and also, Riley Bell and Leah Bell.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the in lllinois is preferred.
