He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hendrickson; his daughters, Lori H. Jadin (Jason) of Manhattan, IL and Lisa M. Oetken (Kyle) of Ashland, VA; his grandchildren, Ashleigh L. Jadin, Avery L. Jadin, Greyson M. Jadin, Dylan J. Oetken and Ella R. Oetken; and his brother Peter J. Laveck Sr. of Ashtabula, OH..
