He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Sr. Small and Mary Small. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Small; his children, Michael Small (Andrea) and Katherine Wochos (Christopher); his grandchildren, Abigail, Benjamin Small and Emmett Wochos; and his siblings, William Small (Bonita), Patricia Small, Joseph Small, Donna Shipley (Guy) and Joanne Rowe (Lawrence). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to American Stroke Association would be appreciated. Memorial donations to his grandchildren's local basketball program will be graciously accepted by the family.
