She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Gustafson and Ruth Gustafson (Swenson); her husband Richard M. Frazier (Dick); and her siblings, Marilyn Ruud, Orall, Hilbert, Donald and Wayne Gustafson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Nordine and Patricia Frazier (David Herring); her grandchildren, Kristen Nordine, Kendall Shambeau (Adam), Kelsey Nordine, Collin Nordine and Julia Herring; her great grandchildren, Henry and Oliver Shambeau; and her sister Joanne Gustafson. She is also survived by her many friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital.
