She is survived by: her husband Duane Follman, MD; her children, Sarah Follman, MD, Benjamin Follman, MD (Emma) and Hannah Follman; and her brothers, Philip (Sue) and Richard (Chris).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Church of Oak Brook (501 Oak Brook Rd, Oak Brook, IL 60521).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to student scholarship funds at either the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine (https://giving.uchicago.edu) or North Central College.
