He was predeceased by: his wife Caroline I. Puccini; his parents, John Puccini and Rita Puccini; and his brothers, Firpo Puccini and John Puccini.

He is survived by: his children, Paul Puccini (Cathy) and Valerie Puccini; and his grandchildren, Nicole and Eric Puccini.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to a charity of your choice.
