She is survived by: her former husband Howard Hartwig; her husband George Kujawa; her children, Philip Hartwig (Joanne), Susan Rancic (Donald) and Julie Then (Anton); her grandchildren, Michael Hartwig (Rachel Jackson), Geoffrey Hartwig, Katelyn Mellone (James) and Kristen Gutierrez (Edgar); her great grandchildren, Maddux, Wilder, Lucas, Sophia, Madelyn and Isabella; her son Robert Kujawa; and her siblings, Frank, Annette and Sylvia.
