He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Knuth and Dorothy Knuth. He is survived by: his wife Carol Fraser; his sons, Mikel and Thomas Knuth; his grandson Alasdair Knuth; his siblings, Ed Knuth (Jane), Diane Wolfe (Doug) and Denise Knuth; his nieces and nephews, Kristina, Christopher, Katie Knuth, Jason (Deena), John (Katie), Matt Wolfe (Ali), Sarah Knuth, Schroeder (David) and Tim Schroder; and his pets, Remy and Bella.
