He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn I. Tannhill Allen. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. Allen; his children, Steven Allen (Roxanne), Karen Erb and Kristin Allen; his sister Judy Strzalka; his daughters, Kathleen Stier and Kimberly Carrigan; and his sons-in-law, Ronald Carrigan and Robert Erb. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, his nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
