She was predeceased by: her spouse Raymond L. Van Wazer; her siblings, Carol Slarich and Oliver Dick Saul; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Van Wazer (Theresa) and Kenneth Van Wazer (Beverly).
She is survived by: her children, Kerry Fagerstrom (Berry) and Richard Van Wazer; her grandchildren, Raymond Eddy (Jennifer), Christopher Eddy (Amber) and Jacob Van Wazer; her great grandchildren, Dane Eddy and Faith Eddy; her sibling Robert Saul (Jackie); and her siblings-in-law, James Slarich and Ronald Van Wazer (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
